As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be the driving force behind our high-level customer interaction. You will be responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Managers ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Focused on building relationships and becoming a trusted technology advisor to our customers.
  • Conducts Inbound/outbound calls to drive new business acquisition with potential and existing customers.
  • May have some involvement in outside sales leads with sales representative support.
  • Ability to be a trusted business advisor to the customer and uses in-depth knowledge of our products and services to help customers formulate direction.
  • Ability to utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions.
  • Analysis of multiple market factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to drive various improvements in for marketing and manufacturing. As part of the ClearCube team, you will be the driving force behind our efficiency improvements related to our ERP system. You will be responsible for updating and making improvements to our e-commerce configurable website. To meet this challenge, you will need the ability to understand MSSQL, MySQL, .Net, Crystal Reports as well as the complex needs of ClearCube’s internal and external customers.

The Candidate must have a strong working knowledge of .Net, SQL, HTML and Crystal reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and modifying reports and metrics in company’s ERP system
  • Create online rules-based configurator within company’s ERP system
  • Integrate online web-based buying into company’s ERP system
  • Assume leadership role for all software related products
  • Act as a key authority and consultant to improve concepts, methods, and processes, supporting the ClearCube “Product Life Cycle” process and ensure continuity with the product portfolio
  • Lead by example and excel with a dynamic team in a highly collaborative environment

Essential Requirements:

Product Marketing

You will help guide the success of our products throughout the entire life cycle. Our product manager will prioritize understanding future customer needs balanced with guiding our current products through the customer lifecycle. This person should be able to walk a non-technical person through a product’s use cases, give technical specs, and have a general idea of how to market and sell the product (i.e. what type of industry, what type of user, etc.)

Product Marketing

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for products, features and services
  • Translate technical details
  • Assist sales/marketing with pre-sales and be able to present product vision and facilitate knowledge
  • Manage delivery of project including planning, execution and launch
  • Ensure on-time delivery and quality of products
