Warranty Extension

Extending your warranty coverage maximizes your IT investment, and reduces any unexpected maintenance or repair costs. ClearCube offers warranty extensions for up to five years, starting from the date of product shipment. Not sure you want the coverage yet? Don’t fret, you can extend your warranty anytime before your standard warranty expires.

Post Warranty Repair Program

The Post Warranty Repair Program provides a means for our customers to obtain repairs for ClearCube products with expired warranties. For a small service fee, we will inspect your equipment and determine whether it is repairable or not. Equipment that cannot be repaired can be returned to you or disposed of, according to your instructions.

Standard Warranty & RMA Fulfillment

We are committed to providing best-in-class products covered by the ClearCube warranty from defects in material and workmanship. Our Standard Warranty coverage provides customer response within 5 hours during normal business hours (7am-7pm CST). While most competing manufacturers provide a limited warranty requiring Return to Depot (RTD) for fulfillment, ClearCube offers an Advance Replacement Warranty to US Customers. Rather than waiting for the product to be returned to the factory, repaired, and shipped back possibly weeks later as is the case with other manufacturers, ClearCube customers are sent replacement products immediately after notifying ClearCube technical services, allowing a much faster return-to-service to minimize lost productivity.

Premium Warranty & Technical Support

Sometimes, a quick turnaround is required, and the usual 3-4 business days do not make the cut. Our Premium Warranty caters to customers requiring faster response and service in challenging business scenarios. This service covers critical support and repair requests with 24×7 responses, expedited replacement shipping, and outstanding service from support specialists. Our advanced technical support services are available at a small additional fee.
